Irony. Required annual training to call out and identify excessive billing and medicare fraud, yet it happens hundreds of times each day in HAA in America and nothing ever is ever said. What say you? |

What makes you say this? At the base level, we never see anything regarding billing so nobody does that kind of training. |

Whistleblower lawsuits are known as Qui Tam lawsuits. It means "in the name of the king". If you have information on Medicare fraud (or any other fraud against the government), you can file a qui tam lawsuit and receive a share in any proceeds, penalties, fines, etc. There is a qui tam attorney in Miami who can help you.
