Metro is matching 75% of the first 7% you contribute. Personally I think this is sh***y and and they could do better...one reason why longevity is rare in the EMS world.

Most places in any industry only March 50% up to 8 or 10.

Our 401 matching to help pay off the millions that mgmt bestowed on the company with their "Upper mgmt skills" and I'll use that phrase very loosely!!

When I used to work for Metro about 15 years ago, they were only matching 25% up to 5%. That was on a salary of about 42k |
