Msg ID: 2697454 AMC threatens Check Airmen 7 full 12 hour shifts if they go Union +4/-4
Author:More reason to NEED the Union
7/24/2021 6:50:59 AM

without the union company can do this anytime their feelings get hurt and they try to threaten and intimidate you into submission. With the union, they lose that power. Keep pushing Union and your schedule will be what YOU want and need and it will be enforced with a contract!!

Signs the Union and Check Airmen are winning!!

The union simply neglected the check airmen who the union is now claiming are (were) Part of the union all this time. They even ratified several sections in CBA to even reinforce that neglect.

Without that, the company will not honor all aspects of the Union Contract and make up rules not in the contract as time goes on.  Without a STRIKE claus The Union has no power.  Threat of strike the company will always fold like an overloaded paper plate.
