I don't always love the job. We fly some dumb sht. I generally enjoy my medical crew and our operation. If you met an A hole today you met an A hole. If all you meet are A holes maybe you are the A hole. Commence with the downvotes! |

I get along with some better than others, but they're all fine on the job. Some I will hang out with and talk to a lot, because they're good company. Others are just good coworkers and we don't need to be best friends and know each other's life story. |

Med crews were generally very easy to get along with. A few bad apples, but the same can be said about pilots. Overall, they did a good job and we all kept eachother safe. |

The more you feed the "flight crew" nonsense, the worse they get. They just want the cool flightsuits and unit patches, and supercool helmets with stickers on them. They are MEDICAL personnel. They give advanced first aid treatment. No more, and no less. They know NOTHING about flight operations other than the LIMITED training they get regarding not walking into spinning objects. "flight crew smlight crew" just passengers with an unrelated job to perform. |

I have had some that are private pilots working their way to eventually get into the airlines. I have even had helicopter pilots that fly for national guard but work as nurses. So, you just never know who's riding in the back.
Just be professional and know you have the final say. |
