The 7&7 schedule is the one and only thing keeping mechanics at PHI Health,that are worth their salt anyway. There, without a doubt, will be a mass exodus of tenured talent when this schedule goes live. If you are a PHI pilot or medical type on a PHI airframe, I would be extremely concerned.... |

Phi Mechanics, like everywhere else, AMC ,Med Trans, Metro, the quality techs, mechs or red headed step children, whatever you wanna call it. The quality mechanics are the leads. The big circus mentality . You just need one good good to keep the show going. Quantity over quality . The pay is sh$&. Bases closing, what's the upside to any of it. |
