Looks like a hiring or management issue? With all those openings sure seems like an epic fail with the pilot management team or a culture of madness not related to aviation ops. |

The airlines; your own room every night,bar and resturant downstairs,free hot coffee,pressurized and air conditioned,go fast and high IFR airplanes.

I find the airlines worse in most ways. For equal money, I would never choose the airline. Even if airlines paid 15 or 20% more, I would solidly stick with the helicopter
But the kind of money offered by a Southwest, UPS, etc tilts the equation the other way |
