With the forest service kinda turning their back on the 107s I was curious to see how Sky would do on EU this year with the heavier 46. Less than 2 weeks into contract it has returned/sitting at home in Wyoming while multiple regions are pulling CWN heavies in. Anyone have any details? Troubleshooting a persistent problem? Seems very odd to head home so early into a contract. |

Why does the CH46 look like a V107. Same airframe different engines? What are the lift limits? |

46s 10,000 lbs hook limit / V107 11,500 lbs hook weight
Why would the 46 be favored over the 107?
