Does anyone have any of the pertinent info on working there? Seems to be openings a fair amount, equipment looks nice.

The amount of job listings should clue you in to their turnover rate...

They were recycling ads without actual openings for a while this spring. Did hear a rumor at least one new hire quit recently.

Heard that the starting wage is about 40k maybe a bit more depending on experience and would be working a 12-2 schedule. A decent single bedroom apartment in hillsboro is probably starting around the $1500 a month and its a surprisingly expensive area to live in.

Could be worse. HP helicopters starts at $40k a year plus $100/day for UH-1 and Blackhawk. A lot of the industry is a joke right now.

If you're a type 2 pilot it's a pretty decent place to work. Pay isn't the greatest, but it is negotiable.

For a type 3 pilot they're basically the same as all of the others. Especially if you're lower on experience.

aircraft have nice equipment and great maintenance. The support vechicles and equipment could use some updating when compared to other companies. equipment like longlines, remote hooks, etc are prettty good. Fuel trucks and Mx trailers need some work when compared to other companies.

Chief and DO are pretty reasonable people who for the most part stick up for the pilots.

just my experience. Opinions will vary
