Nothing but smoke and mirrors at P Hi. We're about about safety and competency until it interferes with the bottom line. Lots of pilot / mech and especially med crew openings, people getting fed up with the BS.

thing as it would get it out of the hands of an board whose only desire is to maximize profits for sale.  Everyone feels in limbo.   PHI  was a great organization to work for for many years, however the current drive to "industry standards' has taken us a huge step back from where we once were.  Some new leadership needs to come into play as there is zero confidence in the clowns running the circus today!

And released from the company.  Yes there will be one. There is a board of directors that approves it since they have contracts with a company you don't know much about business do you.  you don't have to be publicly traded to get a golden parachute buy out to walk away from the company which means they won't be able to go in competition or work for another competitor that they're sold to.  They have stipulations when you're in upper management such as a huge severance if they are released or  bought out.

If you don't meet the minimum flight time for them to fly EMS they'll still hire you and use you as a maintenance pilot or pilot to ferry Aircraft across the country to other bases until you build your time up. then put you out on the line in EMS.  several companies do this already under an apprentice program with pilots
