The engineers take flight test data and make suggestions. Attorneys then try to mitigate risk.
for example .... the B-407 performance, MGW, VNE, slope limitations, wind limitations were all documented to just barely out perform the competitors. If you are in first place, no reason to go any faster, farther, or carry more weight..... you are in first! |
