Looks like with projected inflation rates and airlines opening back up im thinkng nothing less than 4% annual based on competitors. What do you think?
Fix the training and workover issues.
Get the pay scale back.
Get rid of Area Managers.

Get rid of that unacceptable clause about ACCRA only being able to increase by 10%. In places like Colorado, the pilots are ending up permanently behind the curve with the rapidly increasing cost of living. I'd rather ACCRA be able to go down if the cost of living in an area decreases than having it only being able to go up in 10% increments. More specifically, I've always thought ACCRA should be recalculated every single year and adjusted as necessary. |
