Maybe you should have voted the union in...then you would be getting union rates. No union, so they pay whatever to whoever they want. Can't believe you're complaining about this, if only there was a way to have a gauranteed pay scale, you know like a contract. |

Heard Era has lost all the Legacy Bristow Oil & Gas contracts that came over to Era in the merger...not a good sign and then there is the pending BESE contract renewal to be awarded thats no guarantee to Era... |
