Curious how many operators have added Unconscious Bias training to their list of annual training topics. 

You people with your unconscious bias are insane. Bias just means like or affinity. I like peas. But I don't like carrots. That is bias. There is nothing wrong with bias. And there is nothing wrong with preferring traditional values. All that is very conscious. This sub conscious crap is psychotic jumbo jumbo designed to virtue signal, and demonize opponents. That you can't see it, is intellectually lazy. If you can see it, and are attempting to deceive decent people for decent bias that is reasonable and rational, is disgusting.

Are you saying you like to be trained on how to be unconsciously biased? The insanity can't last. It derives from the "everything is racist" strategy that failed miserably. You wore out the label with so many false accusations, you need something to replace it with. You drained all of the potential power out of the word racist. It's patently clear that you are trying to use bias, where you failed with racist. Your current bias strategy is failing even quicker. Try to come up with something new. Anything would be better than this last debacle you are laying a rotten egg with.
