they would have all survived no problem if it had floats. Hitting the water at 100kts would...oh never mind.

It had floats if you saw the pic in another thread. They weren't deployed & by the look of the A/C it went in hard to be that tore up.

It doesn't matter what wonderful equipment you have if the meat servo fails.  This guy hit the water hard.  So sad to see this happen over and over and over again.  We are all the greatest pilots in the world.  Right up to the point you F/U.
