Snow is not "moisture." 

Sleet or "wintry mix" is a different situation. Don't fly in that.

"Moisture is water or other liquid diffused in a small quantity as vapor, within a solid, or condensed on a surface."

"Moisture is the presence of a liquid, especially water, often in trace amounts."
