What you do in Part 91 on your own time has absolutely zero significance for any part 135 duty time requirements. If you fly your airplane to work and back which is part 91 after a 12 hour EMS shift has zero relationship. 

Having said that, don’t ever let a 135 company tell you there is such a thing as a “part 91” flight conducted under part 135.

If I get off my shift at 0700, can I go home for 5 hours, sleep, then come (NT) +0/-1 back at 1300 for a Part 91 ferry flight? 11/28/2024 9:15:35 AM
