R-44 is a rotor-wing.  C-152 is a fixed-wing.    When either are flown outside of their envelopes, fatal accidents can occur!


Here's the equivalent (il)logic to your argument:

How many fully-articulated rotorcraft have gotten into ground resonance over the years?  How many Cessna's have gotten into ground resonance?  


The R-44 rotor system is not unstable unless you operate it in a manner outside its envelope
