The pilot shortage keeps hitting AMC bottom line and there only fix is to increase shift bonus from $250 to $500 till August 31st? You wanna KEEP and ATTRACT new pilots?! Trying paying more and rewarding longevity. But I guess we will have to take the "pizza party" temporary fix for now. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Keep trying AMC 🤣
