GOM vs HAA Salary

10 years ago the GOM IFR paid quite a bit more than HAA.

Now the base IFR HAA salary after stipends varies +/- $110k (about $50k higher than they were ten years ago) at the big operators and generally a little more at the smaller ops.  (I know we all make more after holiday, training, OT pay) while the remote/pool guys generally add another $30k in guaranteed travel pay to those figures.

 

How does the GOM IFR pay compare to that these days? 

Can you go direct IFR or need to pay your dues in the single engines?
