you have never worked at PHI or AMC...absolutely garbage training...AMC is by far the worst....absoltuely could careless if you learn anything at all and instructors are idiots....PHI used to be good, but the Tight Khaki Pants Brigade of boys are a bunch of ego maniacs....most of it is outsourced to Flight Safety anyways so you are learing from the flightsafety guys...not PHI... Agree...MTC has good training, and hiring process was pretty streamlined....ask some formal questions on who you are, some general aviation questions etc and how your personality is...thats all...also agree that the Negaitve nelly's on here, are the ones' that have been dropped or not picked up....bunch of crybabies...tells you something there. |
