Probably won't pay as much as the defense contracts but would hope it's north of $175.
Would negotiate for them to provide car and lodging at a decent international compound otherwise I wouldn't go. Dealing with those things yourself would be a nightmare.

Riyadh is pretty cool. You can have every food and comfort from the US there. For a city of estimated 11 million it's pretty amazing that you can get anywhere across the city in 45 minutes. Their insane driving is actually genius.

Plenty of fun things to do and see around there if you're willing to venture out.

Some of the areas you'll fly around are as beautiful as the the Grand Canyon, Utah monuments area, etc.

Expect lots of last minute changes.

New aircraft, but wouldn't trust them unless they're outsourcing their mx to Philipinos or some other nationality (which should be the case; Saudis usually outsource that kind of stuff).

Weather is a tad nicer than Phoenix. It can be an awesome experience if you can have some patience...
