I see Congress did not pass age 67 pt121.   

I see the proposal to raise the pilot age under part 121 to age 67 did not go through Congress.   It took them a total of seven minutes to vote on it.   I think it was a good call.  I think they should have the age 65 rule under part 135 also.  And It's crazy that air traffic controllers cannot control traffic after their 55th birthday, but pilots under part 135 can fly as long as they want which is not right.
