Not sure why I still bank with them other than no complaints in that department. For car/home I switched to Alfa years ago. WAY better rates and agents are nearby to handle any issues in person (and always do a yearly follow-up to see if anything needs adjusting). Each teen added to the policy was only $100 more per month, male or female. Most people are shocked when I tell them that. Great service. Roof replaced after hail storm and was hassle free. Surprised USAA charges international fee when traveling overseas since they support the military. I use a different bank/credit card when overseas. |
