Salisbury program was hands-down, the most toxic and rotten to the core base. Getting the crews out of their beds or the cafeteria to take a flight was a act of God. It was a revolving door of pilots going in quitting or getting fired for total BS. And management took mismanagement to levels of incompetency that were mind-boggling. The fact that it lasted six years was a miracle or more likely contractual obligation.
