There is no room in any industry for DEI hiring.  You can church it up all you want, but it is racist hiring.

In modern times like we live in, 99% of people don't care what you look like or where you come from.

People want it to be merit based, the best person gets the job.  That way you know that person earned their way into that position.

For example :  The NBA- if we wanted a DEI NBA, why is there not more Hispanic, or Japanese players.  Why don't we want shorter, slower people... The answer is you want the best and you want to win.

Why is it ok in sports to have DEI but doctors, pilots, mechanics etc., where peoples lives are on the line, we want the less qualified person to do that job.

Have you heard of McNamara Moron's? If not, do some research on what happened when the military's let in people with less than a 85 IQ.  Not good to say the least.
