Worked for AMC for years. They never did learn how to operate a computer network. But a new system and put it in service to see if it works. Stupid. Run them in parallel to see how it works.
train folks after new system is online. That works great. Remember when concur came online. Hey support how do I enter this expense? We don't know yet just try a couple of ways. Let us know what worked.
