As an FAA ASI-OPS (We moniter fourums all the time) I can tell you we get more Pilot deviations from military pilots than anybody else when operating in the NAS. Yes we have no control over military pilots when they're on their military base or in an MOA but when they are in the NAS they can be violated just like anybody else. The process is a little different where we go through a military liaison but if they have civilian certificates they can be revoked or we can prevent them from getting civilian certificates for a number of years after they get out of the military. Happens all the time my horse. |
