Yes, we all know about the surplus aircraft but that would involve aircraft certification, not pilot certification. I don't think there is a law enforcement or government entity out there flying without rated pilots. What the hell does civilian pilots flying a blackhawk have to do with anything? Were they rated pilots? The liability exposure would keep this from happening. Yes, the can be sued for negligence. Do you have any idea what the word abstraction means? It's always amusing when the retards misuse new words to make themselves try to sound intelligent. |
