AMC isn't increasing pay until December 17

AMC has 45 days from ratification of the contract to implement the pay increases and is taking advantage of using the full 45 days. The new pay scale will be effective December 17 and show on the pilot's paychecks on January 5, 2024. Brace yourselves for more confusion.
