Maybe it’s just me but  

If I was so disgusted with helicopter aviation that I left for something else, I would just be happy about it and getting on with my happy life instead of coming on here and complaining about it. I work for a large operator and receive good training and have access to lots of resources. If I need anything, it's just an email or phone call away. Comparing all helicopter operations to the airlines is an unfair comparison: there are thousands of small airplane operators out there that don't train like the airlines. The complainers that left for "a legit sector of the industry" are more than likely just trolls that aren't even pilots at all. Don't take this site seriously. It's for entertainment purposes only.
