Meetings just received from my boss at AMC  

PacWest Team,
 
We’d like to clarify what meetings are appropriate to clock in for when not on shift. We have not been doing this correctly across the region, and we’d like to be uniform in this effort to ensure we are diligent with our budgets and company resources.
 
Clock in for:
• Base Meetings
• Regional TQM (monthly safety call)
• Clinical Quality Meetings
• Meetings called by your Area Manager or other regional leadership for which your specific attendance is mandatory
◦ i.e. CBL or Lead Pilot Meetings
 
Do not clock in for:
• AMC Town Halls
◦ Remember that these are available in a recording to watch on your next shift if you’d like to
• General meetings to which your attendance is not absolutely required
◦ If in doubt, as your Area Manager or another regional leader for guidance
