You realize that most companies already offer that without even a union. You know they're gonna legally try to move around all of that for their benefit not even an increase and per diem And you only get $5000 upfront of that new contract and then the other 5000 within one year? Everything you're spelled out is usually paid with other companies without a union. Especially working over 12 hrs. |
