GMR will still be larger than AMC and definitely more than PHI.  They would worry about that.  I know MTC is hunting for PHI contracts now.  A lot of PHI customers are NOT happy with them because of lack of staffing and out of service times and they're now saying how bad the service really is with this. I see a majority of PHI's contracts going away.
