Weather manipulation   

I have been suspecting bizzare behavior with the weather in central Louisiana all summer . I have witnessed weather cells coming out of the north that should be producing rain stop in it’s track or dissipate unusually on radar. I just witnessed this again on the radar at @ 0945 . Please notice in my screenshot of radar how a perfect line breaks the weather cell (like a huge airplane passed through ) then weather cell begins stalling and dissipates exactly in that area
