Tried switching out the speakers in the ear cups and no change. Was definitely the cable. Bunch of guys in my Indoc class had same issue (Bell 407 and EC130/A-Star).
Emailed Paraclete's customer service twice and they never responded.
Only solution was new helmet or the volume adjustment extension/dongle.
Again, may have been an isolated incident but just wanted to as least share since you asked a out Paraclete.
