you are correct on the others...I have seen more get hired at MTC at the $95k range starting... PHI- starting pay $72-76k a year...and Geo is very very limited...3% 401k (with another 3% if they meet yearly goal). Raises are questionable year to year..None last year and 1% this year...aging aircraft and nothing new in about 10yrs...Managers and morale in the toliet... AMC-starting is $76k with sign on bonus...6% 401k match. They are still working on their Pilot |
