It is hard and beautiful and worth it. Those that love this life stay with it. Those that don't, don't. Neither is wrong. Love and loving helicopters is complicated. We don't all love things or people the same way. Sometimes we love and resent at the same time. Sometimes we talk down on people and things we love. Sometimes we realize what a great thing we have and live accordingly. I'll never leave helicopters for airplanes. You guys trying to convince us to leave our calling behind for airplane money....well....you can take your job and shove it. Dual rated guys excepted. You beautiful b*stards. |
