When flying HAA.  It all depends on the program and where you work. Just realize because she flew medium twins doesn't make you an expert on everything which I'm not saying you are but realize you're flying the line just like everybody else. Honestly, I've never really had an issue with medical members. They'll give you hints on whether or not they feel comfortable flying. and you'll get to know those that like to fly and don't. I don't make it a big deal if they start complaining. don't fly that's a hint that they don't want to. turn it down And just have th'em explain why if challenged to their bosses.  of course, until everyone feels comfortable flying with you. You're going to hear a lot of banter. Just roll with it.
