fast in the EMS world. GMR and AMC are starting at mid 80s to mid 90s depending on experience. Factor in geographical pay and stipends. You can find a job fairly easily now starting over $100k. Then factor in all the sign and and retention bonus, you will get up to $120k. The pilot shortage is real and it's forcing companies to finally realize they need to pay people. AMC alone has over 140 pilot openings, or aboit 13% of its workforce. GMR isn't much better. |
