AMC got rid of the pay scale but if you apply to AMC they will tell you the max they can hire anyone at is 92K.
PERIOD.
Then they will offer a experience Stipends around 1-8K. But you only get paid OT by the lower rate... They ARRCA- which can change or be taken away at anytime...10-60%. Very Very few at 60%. So again, from an Employee who works for AMC and has for many years, you Sir or Ms or They or Them, you are wrong.
