Just have your crew chief or mechanic or what ever you call him go to an Aircraft salvage yard and get a cabin pressure altitude controller out of an old Lear or Citation, no plumbing, just the gage and have it installed into an empty hole in the panel. Everytime he whines just say sorry, I will adjust the pressure . Tweek the little round knob and everyone will be happy.
