Gotta disagree with some of the stuff you said. With AMC unions, med crews are getting fired LONG before pilots. Only way you get fired from AMC is because of your own doing. AMC never questions anyone on weather. Been there for 8 years and have NEVER had to explain myself once. I anticipate some good pay raises from the new union negotiations. AMC can stonewall all they want. They wont stay in business though with no Pilots. More pilot openings than all of the med crews combined, and mgt knows it |
