Worked at AMC and MTC.
both have about the same amount of daily administrative tasks.
i think all MTC acft have cameras in them. I think all MTC acft have autopilots. there is a LOT less layers of management at MTC. at AMC you'll get fired if the Med crew don't like you or you wear the wrong deodorant. MTC claims to have a "Just culture". im a lot happier working at MTC and feel like I'm a valued human vs at AMC I felt like a piece of machinery that got abused. I make more daily pay at MTC. It's unlikely to ever get questioned on weather calls at MTC. At AMC there are non aviation people making operational decisions regarding acft ops. peoplE seem happier at MTC. |
