...my lawyer, God bless him, tried to argue that I fly helicopters for a living and that I am "very familiar with maneuvering machines at high speeds at low altitudes." I cringed and nearly jumped out of my seat. That did not go over well with the judge. Thankfully was still able to plea down to a set of charges where I kept my driver's license.
