the CBA accounted for this time in appendix a under "duty ready". the cba provided you a full daily rate which included the duty ready time you needed to preflight.

aiines are just like this. the crew shows up 45 minutes before scheduled block out and preflighted. it was part of their daily "rigged" block for the trip.

nit sure why you are getting double paid for preflighting now
