Embarked a welder onto my field ship, claimed he only had 10 lbs of baggage. He's a 300 pounder who approached leaning left about 15° to offset the fifty, sixty pounds of welding rods he carried in his right hand bag... big guy who  needed the front seat of the 206B3, an accurate weight necessary for CG computation.


Also, picked up a 'blind flange' (think the bolt-up rings joining 2 lengths of pipe except it's a solid disc) at the yard that I was told weighed 50 lbs.- customer used a fork lift and 4 critters to load it...  At off load I was told it was more like 600 lbs.


Had a critter embark in the back seat of a 206B3 twist the door latch through the stop to open it and then back through the stop to latch it. The latch still worked, but my mech replaced everything against the possibility that some of the mechanism had damage that wasn't visible until failure.
