Every schedule has pros and cons, for both parties. It would be nice if we could get a 14/14 option especially for pool pilots. But a 7/7 can work as well. If I'm close I prefer 7 days on, 7 off, then 7 nights, gives full,7 off. But thats just a preference. Others prefer 4/3, 3/4 rotation with 7 off, which to me means fewer days off. I'm ok with democratic solutions.
