RLC was considered a pretty safe operator up until a few weeks ago. The oil companies gets bids and make their choice. Nobody is "turned loose on" or forcing anybody to do anything. You can be certain the RLC bid was the lowest and everybody knows why. The offshore helicopter business doesn't change. You say operators must cut corners or go out of business and in the same breath you say there are operators that don't but cost more. Which is it? |
