imagine working management as a RAD. No clue how the successfu long-term one remembers all the baloney that goes along with the job. Dealing with it has to take a unique individual. I'll take a simple corporate job any day, or offshore, or utility, no matter the pay and bennies. That pay package had better include some for of internal stock option, if such exists in private companies. |
