You invented a situation that does not exist. Wrong. You are blinded by your high self worth. 

Intent was to point out, as a fellow line-pilot, there is a division between management and the pro-union pilots. The non-union pilot crowd are a better group to work with. There is a definite elephant in the room when both union stewards and management are present. In my opinion, Management has made numerous changes without any regard to OPEIU's sage input. Typical pro-union responses when positive changes are made, are to claim them as their own. In my opinion, you do a great job at maligning the union with your ignorant driveling.

If things are so great, why would you even need to collective bargain?  Funny how the pro union crowd always like to pretend that they are there to promote great symbiotic relationships, heal, mend, represent...I feel they do the opposite. Peace and love.
